12 RUNS! Padikkal (29* off 19 balls) making his IPL debut a memorable one here in Dubai. The left hander smacked three fours off Natarajan in the over, including two back-to-back hits to the fence. Padikkal pulled the second ball wide of deep square leg, then followed that up with a drive towards deep cover boundary. And he added one more, pulling one over the mid-wicket fielder. What a start!

3 overs: RCB 20/0
Bhuvneshwar Kumar kept one end tidy, but the pacer too failed to stop young Padikkal from hitting a four in it. The left hander slapped one wide of the cover fielder. Bhuvi though gave away just 7 runs in it.

TOSS NEWS | SRH skipper David Warner wins toss, opts to bowl against RCB
What captains said after the toss:
Virat Kohli: “We have made a few changes, to the setup and the team as well. We feel relaxed and balanced. One idea was to create more leaders in the time. The guys have worked really hard during the lockdown period in whatever way they could. They have taken a lot of responsibility in these three weeks as well. Lot of batting happened in the last three wickets.”
David Warner: “We will bowl. There is a bit of dew around. It was an interesting game last night. We know it’s going to get a bit tired towards the end. We have the balance in the side.”
